Biodegradable Starch Resin (BSR) is yellowish to white translucent particles. With main ingredients of starch, degradable PS/PP, EAA, degradable PE, glycerin and sorbitol, all the components meet the world health organization’s standard.
Its mechanical property is similar to that of non degradable resins. For production, it doesn’t require special machine. The production process is as simple as non-biodegradable plastics, and it can be easily molded.
Service
We will provide you with serial numbers for each shipment of our products together with technical instructions and requirements, such as temperature and speed. In addition, our technical engineers will offer professional service to solve all the problems occurred during the production.
² Derivatives
Currently, we are focusing on offering shopping bag/ garbage bag, films and outside package.
The degradability of derivatives produced by “DM” is at least 62% in 122 days, which exceeds the results demand 60%in the standard ISO14855:1999, IDT. The non-degradable parts will be divided into small parts(Max size:1um), which may increase the air permeability of soil instead of damaging the capillarity of soil. (For details, please read Assessment Report of Beijing Kai-fa Environment Protection Technology Center). It will not emit the poisonous product-- dioxin in case it burns.
In addition, our products meet daily requirements with most advantages of non degradable products, such as water resistance, weight holding, good flexibility, different colors, etc.
